Co-design of child welfare policy with survivors of domestic violence who have been involved in the system takes a commitment to sharing power, reflective leadership, and a willingness to learn and to be held accountable for past and on-going harm. This report provides key questions and guidance that can help those child welfare leaders bold enough to step up to the challenge.
