The Evaluation Team at the University of Kansas School of Social Welfare, led by Dr. Juliana Carlson, established five research principles to guide their work. Throughout the 5-year QIC-DVCW project, the team regularly invested the time needed to learn and plan together how to apply these principles in research design, data collection, and analysis.
