The Quality Improvement Center on Domestic Violence in Child Welfare (QIC-DVCW) was a 5 year cooperative agreement between Futures Without Violence and the Children’s Bureau to build evidence for collaborative approaches to addressing domestic violence in child-welfare involved families.
