In 2004, the Family Violence Prevention Fund (now Futures Without Violence) produced early guidance for the field on engaging and holding abusive partners accountable for the harm they cause. Based on pioneering work at the Massachusetts Dept of Social Services (now the Dept of Children and Families), this report stands the test of time.
